Movies In The Park

Back in 2006, Shelley's owner, Alon Moscovitch, was looking for something that would allow his company and staff to contribute to our community in a new and exciting way. The "Movies in the Park" idea followed, jointly developed and co-produced with The Valley Cultural Center here in Woodland Hills.

Each year, Shelley's and the Valley Cultural Center present a summer series of major theatrical movies, shown outdoors at Warner Park, on a huge 30-ft theatrical film screen, with digital projection and a studio quality sound system.

Shelley's is proud to be involved in this ongoing summer series and is delighted with the many thanks we receive each year from so many families for the public service work we do with the Valley Cultural Center. Putting smiles on thousands of faces each summer is reward enough.

"Movies in the Park" are presented FREE of charge to the public, Saturday evenings beginning in mid-July. For more info, visit The Valley Cultural Center at www.valleycultural.org. And while you're there, take a look at the summer concert events, outreach and other programs that this fine non-profit organization produces each year for the public. We are privileged to be able to work with them and contribute to their efforts.
